1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ziskify ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ziskify is an invoice generation and management tool for freelancers and sole traders. It allows you to create, manage, and download PDF invoices, manage customers, and track payments.
3. Account Registration
You must sign in using a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Your Data
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into ziskify, including invoices, customer records, and business information. We do not claim any rights over your data. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate fraudulent invoices, impersonate other individuals or businesses, violate applicable laws, or attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the platform.
6. Availability
We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the Service at any time without notice for maintenance or other reasons.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Matúš Masár shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Slovak Republic.
